Allow, what a word, to me, it triggers me to be vulnerable, to allow, to surrender, to let go. To Be. 

Scary right? That's when trust comes in, it's the counterpart, the sidekick, allow and trust....

Trust, also a powerful word, as it has started wars and crushed hearts, trust, to move towards the scariest thing you can imagine, trust gives me courage
